One week ago today I koined the gym at out Rehab Center, I am using the NuStep for 30 minutes every day, I just love it, I have arthritis in my back,so was very excited to start using this machine, I am able to take 3400 steps in that half hour. I already feel that I am gaining strength in my back and legs, and I am hoping it will help with some much needed weight loss too !! Thank-you very much for this machine, it is truly wonderful.

I am a Spinal Cord Injury Recovery Specialist for a company called Quest to Walk in Overland Park, KS. We have used the NuStep with many of our clients who all have some type of spinal cord injury. The NuStep creates repetition of a movement pattern which helps create a developmental movement pattern that coordinates lower leg function. At Quest to Walk, we have seen much improvement in our clients as far as improved muscle mass, joint stability, coordination, upper and lower body strength, and circulation. The NuStep is definately very beneficial to our clients at Quest to Walk!

While in the VA Hospital in Maywood Illinois, recuperating from surgery on my left femur I used a NuStep machine. 4 years ago I was not expected to walk due to an accident that almost killed me. In my last examination the doctor told me that my left leg is in the best condition that it has been in since the accident. I feel that I owe it all to your wonderful machine. I am now walking unaided an average of 3 miles a day.

I have progressive MS. I have been in powerchair for 2 yrs. with paralyzed legs and weak arms. I have significant spasticity (rigid spasms of my legs). The NuStep T5XR with leg stabilizers is very doable for me. It does not stimulate my spasticity. It is fantastic to be able to move! After 1 wk, huge impact has been made on my foot/ankle swelling. Well worth it. More wheelchair users need to know about this!

NuStep helped me reduce my blood pressure from 180/99 to 120/60; therefore avoiding a possible stroke or heart attack. I would still like to use it to help lose weight. I use it regulary approximately 3 times a week for 1 hour. It is also the only machine I could use with the arthritis I have.
